By remaining active in field operations, Justin stays closely connected to evolving building codes, system technologies, and real-world service challenges.
Hydro-Flo serves property managers, restaurants, commercial facilities, and multi-unit residential properties across the Edmonton region. Justin believes strong leadership means being visible, accountable, and technically involved — not removed from the work itself.
He completed industry training through Thompson Rivers University and NAIT as part of his continued professional development in mechanical systems and trade education.
Through practical problem-solving and clear communication, Justin helps clients resolve urgent service issues while building long-term working relationships based on reliability and performance.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and children and staying active in the Edmonton community.
