James Tingey — Co-Owner, Red Seal Journeyman Plumber
James Tingey is Co-Owner of Hydro-Flo Plumbing & Heating and brings more than 25 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical systems. He is a Red Seal Journeyman Plumber, having completed his formal trade education through NAIT.
James provides technical oversight across commercial plumbing, large-scale service projects, and complex mechanical scopes.
His experience includes:
- Commercial Plumbing Installations and Retrofits
- Boiler and Hydronic Systems
- Water Heater Systems
- Sewer and Drain Infrastructure
- Mechanical Estimating and Project Planning
In addition to working in the field, James oversees commercial estimating, project scoping, and financial coordination to ensure projects are accurately planned and executed. He frequently supports technicians on larger or technically demanding jobs to ensure work meets code requirements and Hydro-Flo’s quality standards.
His combined experience in field execution and operational planning allows Hydro-Flo to deliver responsive service while maintaining strong project control for commercial clients throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
As a locally owned and operated company, Hydro-Flo maintains leadership involvement at every level of work — from emergency plumbing calls to large commercial mechanical projects. James’ active role in both field and business operations reflects that commitment to accountability and quality.
